Jade delivers the long-awaited 'What You Are' to Eatbrain. 'What You Are' opens with a half-time groove which only grows in intensity, as Jade continues to add layer after layer of grime to the mix. Hoarse, tormented vocals repeat again and again, setting the tone for the entire track. The addition of a sinister, shrill hook pushes the tune over the top - a continuing melodic element taking the tune into a new dimension of terror. Jade breaks things down before raising the pressure to full levels with a dirty bassline riff, roughneck drum programming, and expert bassline acrobatics in between each phrase.
