BIO:

JAMIIE is a DJ and producer hailing from Berlin, Germany. It all started with a party of friends, where she hit the start and stop bottom, putting some of her favorite tracks on the decks - with no dj skills - from hip hop to house over dancehall to afro beats. The place was cooking. Fueled by this exuberant and vigorous energy, she decided to learn how to dj and first gigs followed quickly.

It took not long that JAMIIE caught the eye of the Watergate Booking Agency, gaining her a residency at the renowned Watergate Club in Berlin as well as a kick off to international gigs, having her played in Greece, Mexico, Italy, Cypress, Denmark, Sweden, UK, Angola, Nigeria and German festivals such as Fusion Festival, Sacred Ground Festival and Feel Festival.

As a member of the RISE collective, an African inspired event and record label based in Berlin which - pre pandemic- has hold showcases from Europe to Africa as well as a monthly event at Watergate to represent the African influenced house sound to the German techno capital, she found the perfect home and platform for her artistic calling in this diaspora. 

JAMIIE's style ranges from Melodic House & Techno to Afro House, Deep House and everything in between she feels the spark. "Music is such a powerful tool. When it speaks, our emotions listen. It has been known to humans in all times and in all cultures. Music crosses borders and builds bridges on so many levels. Everyone can participate".

BIO:
The Mexican DJ, producer and guitarist had premature contact with music at age 10 as a guitarist for multiple school bands and years later in local bands composing original songs and several "covers" of Indie-Rock, he managed to win the admiration of industry figures such as Andrik Palacios himself from "Drims" and Alejandro Cervantes from "Maldita Vecindad", so the stages and the industry are not new for this musician.
At 23 he began the project of "° Corvex °" product of his passion for electronic music, with a clear influence of Deep House, Progressive house, Minimal House and Techno, the sound of ° Corvex ° experiments with the "groove" of the elegant genres and the energy of Techno, creating serious atmospheres with a touch of mystery but never forgetting the essence of "House" ... dance. His genre is not faithful to just one, but his love for the cosmos and fiction have led him to create sets and original themes that try to emulate what would be heard in a "Space Club”. Managing to position himself in national and international tops on the "Mixcloud" page, and having had multiple appearances on the Berlin German radio "Limufy" the name of ° Corvex ° is increasingly emerging in the industry.

This duo, knowing each other for over a decade, has 1 single goal: to adjust your mind.

2020’s proven to be their first and firm step into pursuing their dream.
Hosting a podcast (Adjust (BE) Invites) where they’re inviting numerous DJ’s/Producers to make a signature guest set in these difficult times, being a member of the ‘Underground Kollektiv Radio’ show, performed on livestreams and having a second release in 2021, they’re moving with full force.

Pinerolo is a restaurant in Oslo. I was commissioned by the owners to compile and mix three mixtapes. Their directives were rather vague, lending me an opportunity to pick from any genre, not care too much about how commercial the tracks were and just create an eclectic but cohesive compilation that would contribute to the relaxed vibe at Pinerolo. This is what I did.

Biography:
Techno enthusiast since 2007. The real interest to stand behind the decks came in 2015. So much good music is out there from talented producers and nobody is playing them. Every DJ has their own style, but they never played what I liked and that's why I decided to start my own career. My sound has a lot of variety between Techno, Tech House, Minimal and Melodic Techno. Based in Switzerland, but originally from Berlin. The City itself, which is well known as one of the capitals of electronic music, had a big influence on me and formed my taste in music today. I Build up my sets, to give the audience a journey through sounds and emotions.

I hope you are well. Finally we can share with you our live sets from our last event here in Bern at Bierhübeli. One of the biggest event locations in bern. 

The Party was a true success. Great people and vibe. The artists did an amazing job with their music and it was overall a night to remember. 

The start made our resident DJ @tidus-3 . He heated up the dance floor with an outstanding melodic / progressive DJ set, but later a bit harder with Techno. Our next DJ had an easy job to take over. Thanks for the amazing warm up set. Always a blast to have him on our parties.

Inspired by folkloric multiculturalism, he loves to experiment with the traditions of world music and knows how to transfer it into a modern perspective to brew an electronic-music-elixir with that extra drop of mescal flavour. His unique musical voyage combines a well-selected myriad of styles from Folktronica, Rub-a-Dub, Jungle & Tribal with a joyfully flamboyant vibe. In addition Don Mescal is the co-founder of Cosmovision Records, a collective created by a mix of immigrants from Latin America, Europe and locals from Canada, based in Montréal.
