Markantonio’s AnalyticTrail welcome back the Spanish talent Dr. Needles for his solo two tracks EP.

Known for his productions that include most of the time lyrics and defined by catching rhythms and pounding beats, Dr. Needles follows up his first release on our winter Various Artists “Expression A7”, with “Garden Voices” EP.
The Spanish producer adds this new imprint to his large catalog of big labels starting from Ramon Tapia’s Say What?, IAMT, Form Music, Agile Recordings and many more.

Dr. Needles keep on growing his DJ career from the day one back in 99 when he moved to Madrid and started to perform in the most prestigious spots of the city.

It's a Bank Holiday premiere special today, as we feature Gobsmacked Records head honcho, Millhouse, whose latest release is due out on techno label, Urban Kickz Recordings.

Irish producer Millhouse, now Berlin based, has been banging out the tunes for over 20 years, playing across Europe alongside many of the world’s top DJs, continuously showing his musical dynamics in mixing and producing machine based techno. 

Well established as a DJ, he has continued to succeed as a producer releasing on labels such as Gobsmacked, Gomboc, Variant and RIOT Records. His energetic ability to play the freshest techno tracks with his love for solid beats and driving basslines always making his sets highly entertaining.

UKR welcomes back Millhouse once again for a powerful release that's been blasted by Dave Clarke on the infamous 'White Noise' radio broadcast on RTE 2FM. Known for his stripped down Berlin warehouse sound that pushes boundaries with effortless flow, this is no doubt one of his most defining bodies of work to date.

It's well known that UKR prides itself on consistent quality and the 'Influences' EP follows in that tradition, setting the bar high. Today, we premiere the title track 'Influences' which is a 5 minute rolling techno track  with a catchy subby groove, full of kicks and snares that will sit well on any dance floor.

Berlin based LXM steps in for our 155th Local Selection Mix with a carefully crafted techno mix. LXM has provided a masterclass three deck mix, full of incessant loops and grooves to soundtrack your Paddy’s Eve.

Louis McElveen has been hard at work in the studio, carving out a refined techno sound since his move to Berlin. LXM has been putting a large emphasis on hardware and minimal grooves into his productions, and this is shining right through to his DJ mixes.

Formally part of Armed Response Unit with longtime friend Will Boyle, Louis has shifted his style from industrial techno to a more stripped back and classic style of techno. Taking inspiration from artists such as Kaiser, Mattrixman, Dasha Rush and more, Louis has been working tirelessly to perfect this sound but with his own unique flavour.

While LXM has been quiet on the release front, he has a four track EP dropping on a Berlin label shortly, which is absolutely fantastic and shall be a perfect introduction to his newfound sound. The young producer will also be forming a new label, that will incorporate Irish producers and producers from afar to his deep vision. LXM also recently guested for fellow Dublin producer Aero’s Alternating Vitality show on 1020 Radio and the mix is an absolute cracker.

LXM’s Four Four mix is a prime example of Louis’s dedication to his craft over the last year. Never ending grooves and loops for an hour. Louis keeps the pace up and goes between tough and deep grooves, keeping an ever constant flow that doesn’t lean too heavy to either side. This is sublime mixing and selecting from a young techno craftsman at work.
