A new label is born from France called Seclusion by owners Damien Lapéna and Anouar Hemissi who also appear on the first release as the remix artist 13130 Space Project alongside DTFA founder Mark Flash who has released on the legendary UR - Underground Resistance and EPM Music amongst others.

The two original works are supplied by Detroit-based pairing HLX-1 also known as Mr. Hooper and The AM. Kenny Clements is known for his live sets with Scan 7 and releases on Kevin Saunderson’s KMS, while Ann-Marie Teasley is a classical violinist and radio guest with NTS and Rinse, now they are both in Detroit and regularly collaborating under the new guise.

For this DT:Premiere we selected the second track “Curious City” that has a rolling feel and a timeless vibe. Using a stripped back style and electro-influenced, breathy sweeps that add the finishing touches to its straight rhythm, the break adds a looming mystery to this functional juggernaut that every DJ needs.

Exos is the Icelandic label head of Planet X and has recently brought attention to the terrible events in Colombia against its own people. Corruption, unfairness and police brutality from the government entities spawned the release of a 99-track fundraising compilation from the techno community featuring Nina Kraviz, FJAAK, Oscar Mulero, Marcel Fengler, Rødhåd, Ben Sims, Psyk, Jonas Kopp amongst a multitude of others, and you can check it out HERE to support the many charity organisations helping in the country.

The newest EP for the label welcomes back Gotshell who is proving himself as a ferocious force from the Colombian scene having now released his excellent music on the likes of Bas Mooy’s Mord, James Ruskin’s Blueprint, Ellen Allien’s BPitch, as well as collaborating with Jeroen Search for Shlomi Aber’s Be As One imprint.

For this DT:Premiere we chose the opening track “Cluster” that is a dark and moody monster. Abstract to some, it’s also fully functional, as it explores a spacey and analogue aesthetic with warping, modular bleeps that breathe and morph over the growling bass tremors.

Phyr Records is the new label from Italy's Pyramidal Decode that has featured top artists like Takaaki Itoh, Dimi Angélis, PWCCA, and Oliver Rosemann, since launching in 2024. Now presenting a joint LP release with Oscar Mulero titled 'Il Poema,' this follows four albums already in just three years.

Pyramidal Decode lists prestigious appearances on labels including Jeff Mills' Axis, Oscar Mulero's Warm Up, Bas Mooy's Mord, and Svreca's Semantica, among many other significant techno imprints as he continues to explore his trippy, cerbral sound.

For this DT:Premiere we selected "Virgilio" with it's brooding tension from the throbbing percussion programming. Driving, chopping frequencies and modular accents develop the aesthetic to a wild journey of intensity and contemporary purism.
