Ylearia City rests almost dead-center in southern Kerlynzia, a few clicks east of Zaere, the central checkpoint.  Ylearia City is in the Teselaya Prefecture, and is situated right on the red river, which separates the southern half of the country. This city is also the location of Yleria dam, which controls water flow to almost all of the farms in southern Kerlynzia. The dam's construction was paid for by the lord of the Teselaya region, Buxford Banaude, and as such, he has a lot of say over where the water goes, when, and how much it costs.   This has made quite a few other minor lords sour at him, and even the emperor is not pleased about the dam, however, it still remains.

It's finished. I can't work more on it. It's been almost 5 years, maybe even more. I hope you guys like the finished tunage. There's some minor instrument, melody volume adjustment differencies from the wip version.
