After featuring on Plasma Abuse’s first two Overdosed compilations, Finland's https://soundcloud.com/confidenttrax  returns to the Glasgow imprint to release debut EP Hibernate – a journey through sparkling, ethereal soundscapes traversing grime and wave music. 

The elusive producer—who can't be found on any social networks—describes his sound as “bittersweet”, citing the “melancholy” works of Burial and MssingNo and the “energetic” prowess of Murlo and Dark0 among a myriad of influences on his work.

On title track “Hibernate”, delay-soaked, trance-like stabs collide with a resonant bassline to make for an immersive listening experience. Next up, the innovative “Black Rizla” combines fluttering leads with breakbeats reminiscent of old school jungle and punchy 808s straight out of the grime playbook. Rounding off the EP is “Chameleons”, which finds deft percussion set against tense arpeggios – each track showcasing yet another string to his bow.

Vexxy's VHS/VCR is one of his most club-friendly and energetic productions to date. It blends huge grime/dubstep-inspired square basses with smooth wave melodies, all set to his trap-styled drums that have become a staple of Vexxy's work.

Our first release coming back comes from Greek producer, TIME94. Resident with our good friends at Crystal Orca, TIME94 blends lush soundscapes with a dirty raw, grimey sounding synths. A perfect fit to our label. 

The first track "Maybe You" perfectly illustrates a taste of what is to come in this project, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
