 We’re met with gorgeous tones of rhythm and blues glistening amongst the walls , whilst different instrumentals warmly fill the rooms with their unique style and blends.

We stopped and listened when the feeling was right.

Our relentless endeavor to map the Crossroads between nature & industry led us on a tectonic pilgrimage. A traveling caravan of furled wings and poison rashes. We dragged our feet through brush and rusted rebar. Neon signs buzzed like apparitions, casting eerie glows on our faces as we worked, driven by a force that felt both otherworldly and disturbingly familiar. Passersby whispered of something in the soil, ancient spirits that snaked dry tendrils of ivy in thick knots around our ankles; even as our footsteps grew heavier with the rustle of wilting leaves, we noticed no such thing.

A two-year-long haunt that had disappeared from our memories surfaced once again. Here, we capture the afterglow.

The artists: two enraptured visionaries who revived the Crossroads from our fading memories. Locations reassembled from brittle shards of place, time, and fog-laden reminiscence, ashen terracotta that littered the craters of unmade visions in the earth. Blown out, with the shiver of rigor in their spines, into stationary images.

The performers: six blessed, loam-touched, ephemerally calcified musicians. Their limbs seized by puppet strings, dark ley lines of the regolith: bodies and souls bent to perform in these six sacred Crossroads.
