On side A, we can hear the main track, “Sakura”, a very elegant minimal with a bassline full of energy and movement accompanied by a full-bodied kick, stabs full of dynamite and some pads that take you straight to the sky.

As side B, “Meet Of Fate”, with a deeper bassline, this time accompanied by a very crunchy groove, beautiful melodies and amazing automations that make you feel like you are continually going up and down under the general vibe of the track.

Ultimately, there couldn't be a better presentation for the label than this great launch from these two great London-based producers.

Au cours des dernières années, le son de Laurent a changé vers un son house plus organique, mais une chose reste la même... son amour pour les vinyls !

De nos jours, il est dans la scène de la House Music, diffusant des sons jackin 'house et underground house de qualité!

Laurent Sparks, dj from Mulhouse, France.
He is the owner of the French podcast series Little Routine launched in 2014, which in a short time has gained an admirable reputation for purveyors of true underground house music.

Between 2000 & 2003, Laurent and a few like-minded friends opened Vinyl Vital Records in France. Over the past several years Laurent’s sound has shifted towards a more organic house sound, however, one thing remains the same his love for records.

Nowadays he's into the house music scene, spreading quality jackin' house and underground House sounds !

For our 3rd installement of our new mix series The Lock-In, we welcome Ibiza's Sonet Music head honcho James Reid, for a hour of pumping glitchy and deep minimal signature of their label to keep you moving through lockdown! Better yet its a all vinyl affair! Turn it up and lock in!

Sonet Music is a new vinyl only label which sets out with the goal of putting forward captivating underground music from the deeper end of the electronic music spectrum. The label is strongly influenced by the minimal dubby hypnotic minimal sounds of Romania and France. The initial releases have been from Romania`s Gruia for Sonet 01 and more recently 02 from Olivier Romero. Their next releases are Sonet 03 coming out in June from Ciprian Stan and 04 will be from Rares Romanov be out in September.
