Four Tet Boiler Room London Live Show

We launch the Lobster Theremin Podcast series with a very special live set from long-time family member and Hungarian battle-lobster, Route 8.

Developed after a month on tour in Australia, gestating ideas from our temporary Ballarat HQ at Brenton's house. The experiences and ideas explored on that trip - from rain-stick ambient experimentations with Daze to an off-the-cuff electro/techno live set with Jimmy, along with the constantly evolving solo live excursions and pad-centric productions - have resulted in a beautifully captivating hour long journey. Love, pillows, ciders and melancholia borne deep in the depths of the smoke-filled warehouse. This is Route 8 as his most contemplative and diverse, a real wander into the night wood for speakers large and small.

As a proper warm-up to our first ever Dekmantel Festival São Paulo 2017 adventure next week, we've asked five Brazilian locals for a mini mix-series. Wrapping up the podcast-series are none other than our partners-in-crime and good friends from Gop Tun.

Gop Tun is a São Paulo based collective existing out of Caio T, Nascii, Kurc, Gui Scott and TYV. The record label and party collective are known for their huge influence on the local scene, whilst putting out music from artists such as Hatchets, TYV, Prins Thomas and EXZ and running one of the best Brazilian parties out there. Last year they've collaborated with Dekmantel for this new exciting adventure that is Dekmantel Festival São Paulo. Caio T and Gui Scott will both be playing the festival on February 4 and 5, so make sure to check these talents out. Happy weekend!

Many of you have heard this played countless amounts of times on the radio show  w/ Joe Kay and has had support by other great selectors such as Coleman of Mochilla, and J. Rocc of the Beat Junkies. B.Lewis & Sango combine into a massive power duo that are unstoppable when it comes to the production. Sango brings in his signature Baile Funk samples and drum patterns while B. Lewis laces this track with his intricate synths! We hope to hear more from these two in the future!
