Surprising given their activity on the summer circuit, this 'ere Klank EP is only the first release proper of 2014 for the nefarious Hotflush duo - it's an aptly titled one too, carrying all the steel and grit of 12"s prior. "Lazy Wayne" is a slab of meticulously-constructed clangorous techno, cut up with jibbering vocals that build to a disorientating finale. We can only assume they're firing shots at our misfiring England captain with the song title; bonus points if so.
