Going deeper into the artist:

Gonzalo Fontan (aka 'Fontango') started as a DJ in 2016 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He became an electronic music lover, making great sunset of House and Deep Tech sessions winning a residency at La Mala disco till he went to Barcelona in 2019.

Once in the city at 24 years old, he started to work on his technique looking to earn a place in the music scene of the city. In 2020, during quarantine, he kept studying and practicing to get ready for the action, learning different genres in order to transmit his frenetic and danceable style adapted to the correct moment and place.

This year he made an important popularity increase after winning a place playing frequently in known local bars such as Mint Bar, The Coconut Club and Sotano Corp. Also he won a mix competition for Jackies Parties and as a result he ended up playing at Pacha Barcelona in July. In addition to this, he started his own parties known as Mela Suda that received important DJs on each edition winning a place on Barcelona`s electronic music scene.

He brought to us a one hour of housy and groovie vibes, a mix between organic sounds, groove and enjoyable smoothie melodies and percussion, a real nice trip to listen to...

Mihai Popoviciu of Sibiu, has been in the scene for a long while and could be considered one of the most innovative of the noticeably impressive Eastern European producers. This session is a clear example of his personable yet technical approach to a progressive dance floor orientated sound. A strong combination of influence in 90’s rave piled with tech house and minimal grooves. A strong set of emotions throughout in a perfectly constructed mix. A collective grouping of musical knowledge and constant creativity sets Mihai’s talent well above par. More Romanian sound for the heads.

Matteo Spedicati was born in Cagliari in 1980. His passion for music started at a young age with the study of the guitar. He spent his teenage years together with friends jamming in the studio and in garage bands. In the upcoming years he began to experiment with sequencers which was when he realized that he not only could compose his own guitar riffs but also scores of other instrumental elements.

As soon as he attended european clubs, Matteo was especially excited for the minimalist style of the period that took over in the european electronic music scene. In 2006 he released his first single on Gumption Recordings of Darmstadt. From that moment on, he commenced his work on a series of brilliant releases supported by world renown DJs and producers such as Ricardo Villalobos, Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola and many others.

He has worked with Joseph Capriati on CMYK, Alchemy and MIndshake,
Alessio Mereu on Toy for Boys, Mr. Bizz on Tuning Spork and Resopal and Mendo on Great Stuff.

Recently he’s releasing his music on labels such as Seth Troxler’s Play It
Say It, Davide Squillace’s This And That Lab and Jamie Jones’s Hot Creations

His ability to be a a great DJ and a great studio producer results in a musical line that can shake any dance floor while maintaining always a good level of class and sophistication.
