First teased out in his bumpin' Boiler Room set back in April, six months later we finally had the full track in our hands - and naturally couldn't resist a Debut. The title track off the "Busy Block EP", forthcoming on the burgeoning Audio Culture imprint, is a hefty slab of peak-time house. Severn Beach rides the familial chord progression through a backdrop of 90s IDM signifiers, dipping out momentarily before returning double strength. Get familiar - it'll be steamrolling you on a dancefloor soon.

Bruce's productions really struck a chord from their very first radio plays. With a debut release on Livity Sound off-shoot Dnous Ytivil, and now this downright incredible 12", he's definitely one to keep an eye on in the future.

Fingers crossed for more Hessle records over the next year, but to be honest.. we don't mind waiting when they're this good.

TMB are following up a summer of hedonistic exploits with the debut release from their new imprint, Cuttin Headz. “Do That Two (Yes Baby)” has that familiar whiff of techno-grounded house that the sibling pair are notorious for. We’re talking good old fidgety leg-shaker value with this, their limited edition EP due November 10.
 
It follows May’s announcement of Tuskegee – a joint label with Seth Troxler – bringing Latin/Afro-American inspired, vinyl-only releases to your cochleae.

The Martinez Brothers 'Do That Two (Yes Baby)' - Boiler Room Debuts

It is Monday the 16th of February 2015 and we have Albert van Abbe back on the podcast, this time with a LIVE performance, which he recorded last July in Berlin. The set consists exclusively of original productions, mostly unreleased material, all arrangements and dubs were done on the fly and he did most of the sound-design himself as well. Albert is one of the very few Dutch Techno live acts, having performed Berghain, Awakenings & ADE just to name a few. For 2015 he is working on a brand-new audio-visual live performance entitled NDEBELE, which he will present at the STRP Biennial in his hometown Eindhoven as the after-show for Underworld's “Dubnobasswithmyheadman” concert on March 27th. It’s been a short while since we had our last release, so we decided it’s time to come out from hibernation. We received a promo from Concept of Thrill, a DJ and producer from Poland. He did a good job by making this interesting LIVE SET for us, so it’s well worth sharing.

As mention below, we could expect to see upcoming releases from the artist on Sonntag Morgen, Circular Limited and Cenotaph Rec. in the near future.

Q: Where are you from, and what inspired you to make techno?
A: I'm based in Warsaw, PL. My inspiration, it depends on my mood and that what is happening around me.

Q: What are happening in the future… releases and other stuff?
A: Upcoming Releases at Sonntag Morgen, Circular Limited and Cenotaph Rec.

Q: Why techno?
A: At this point I can say this is my way of life and best way to express myself.
