James Condon & John Ridout are friends from Oxfordshire, with a total experience of 50 years in dance music. 
As producers, promoters and DJ’s who first played together nearly 25 years ago, they have combined their love of hard dance with a total unwillingness to quit and are proud to bring you the next step in their music evolution. 
Welcome to PLATFORM2

John started as a DJ in 1999 playing regularly in Oxford at the renowned The Coven, known as J.T.B. and was the Slinkie resident DJ for their Oxford parties.

2004 he moved into promotions and production under Ringleader Interplanetary Productions, vinyl label RiP Records & RiP Digital. 

Started Hard Limit digital label using only hardware for productions and was featured in Mixmag with ill Behaviour 2012

When trackitdown came to an end, so did all the labels and he decided to concentrate on production, singer song writing and editing videos in 2015.

Various YouTube channels followed, and a new dance music artist was born, Interstellar Troublemaker who released various genres on Speedsound Recs. but kept the hard dance love alive with 30 tracks on Fired Up Records

Lost in Another Reality was also born during this time, for song writing & video experimentation.
This culminated in a a 3 ½ yearlong project of 19 songs and videos all made in his bedroom, Clockhouse Studios, in west Oxfordshire. A 90-minute HD ‘musical’ called Cover Your Ears [The Full Story] was the outcome. 

2019 thing got a little quiet in the studio and due to long term illness, business problems and let’s not forget COVID, he decided to sell up, drop everything and move to Worcestershire to reset his life. 
After a couple of years of healing, firing up the decks ignited the flame, and he felt the pull of the studio with a few epic songs making their way out 

A contact from James Condon “Fancy doing some tracks together?” in 2024, was the perfect timing and what was needed to get the studio rocking once again.
