Time Is But A Moment is the seventh release in the 12x12 series from Jesse Rose, bringing in NYC's Arama as an ode to the city's house heritage. Two brand-new remixers on the track: London's Kavanah and currently-in-jail Victor Marso from Mexico.
 
The concept behind the 12x12 series is simple: release an EP or single each month on the 12th. If you were wondering why some releases are deeper or more techno or more vocal-based than others... it's all leading up to a full LP released January 12, 2014

Chief is proud to present a new big EP by a member of the Chief family. James Dax is back with two massive original tracks! Remix duties are by none other than Chris Stussy, Danny Woof and Prune Flat.
The first track by the Romanian producer is called “The Dream”, a heavy tech-house track with a strong bassline and acid elements. Chris Stussy gave the track his sweet signature twist. His remix has a funky groove, deep stabs and a solid bassline. The remix by Danny Woof is rather heavy with an old school vibe. Stomping kick, vintage stabs and a dose of acid are the ingredients to this great remix. Prune Flat delivered the final remix, adding some tech house flavor.
The final track is an original version called “Red Label”. This track has an awesome sub bass which makes every dancefloor groove. Great drums, subtle vocal and no lack of cowbell either.

Berlin native and Inkal founder, Ben Rau delivers two brand new mixes of the Roy Ayers classic 'Holiday'.
Titled after his record label 'Inkal', Ben's first pass of 'Holiday' makes use of the original's distinctive piano motifs over a bouncy and urgent big-room house groove; surely destined to become a summer essential for house DJs all over the globe.
Taking its name from his brand new imprint, the 'Meta' mix goes deeper, with afro-tinged percussion and rolling, techno-inspired drums leading the way toward an original organ solo over warm bass and hypnotic chords.
Recorded in the late 70's, unearthed by BBE and issued on the second volume of unreleased Virgin Ubiquity recordings, 'Holiday' is a languid, sun-drenched jazz- funk classic; vintage Roy Ayers. The track was previously reworked in 2005 by Kenny Dope and DJ Spinna to global acclaim.
