Yo Playa Potna King was born Yahkeim Parks in Atlanta G.A. Grady Memorial Hospital. Being the oldest boy of four kids made responsibility a part of his life at an early age. Growing up in Atlanta's notorious West Side/ Swats he grew up with rapper Rocko (who's oldest son is Kings nephew) and they begin doin music at an early age but growing up in a time when hustling was a young boys way of thinking made the streets a priority and music a hobby. After countless county jail visits which led to three different State Prison terms and seeing a lot of his friends murdered in the streets King decided enough was enough and begin channeling his energy back into music. After a brief stint with his childhood friend Rocko's label "Rocky Road Records" & "A1 Recordings" King branched off and is now the C.E.O of GradyBaby Entertainment and has released 3 Mixtapes entitled GOIN HAMM VOL 1,2,&3.
