I weep for the victims, I don't waste my tears on mass murderers, serial killers, serial rapists. It sickens me when some are released back into society because of those misguided bleeding hearts who feel it is their purpose in life to save these people, only to hear, within a month of release, they killed a child.
If the Weepy Voiced Killer is as insane as he sounds, well that insanity must be taken into account, though he must never be allowed back into society; as for the rest, they must never be released. 
I will avoid discussing the Death Penalty here because it's such a divisive issue, but I do think the primary function of the justice system should be to protect law abiding citizens from the monsters that walk among us!
