This meditation uses an ancient microtonal scale known as Solfeggio frequencies to re-tune and re-structure your brain frequencies into coherance.  Watching cymatics vids can aid in understanding this(when you put a bowl of water or plate of sand on a speaker and play different frequencies, it becomes observable that certain frequencies can create ordered geometrical structures, which is what is happening to you when you listen) Helps with ADHD and to calm and neutralize neural stress and chaos. Use headphones for the full binaural effect  ;D

The sounds you hear are ambisonic recordings of my tuning forks.

Her eyes shined and gleamed, Isn't she lovely when she pretends to smile, what does it all mean? Dancing patterns play tricks on her mind, she thinks of all she has left behind.  Here she lies in wait. For she has a forever date. Never to fear her fate. Lost in the fog of despair, Never did she forget to care. still she clings to this Dreamy little Dream, upon a daunting scheme, To suffer in silence, she locked away her Pain. Day by day she fades away. Eternity awaiting, all hope and purpose abating. How mysterious is the elusive truth.  what ever could she say. My heart beat from her womb, to reach the end all too soon.
