The french duo Pleasure are singer Marie-Lou Desage & producer Charles Michaud.
For the last 20 years, Charles has produced a large number of full-length albums and more than 200 tracks for various projects. His music has been recognized worldwide thanks to his many remixes and Eps, reaching the top of the charts. He is respected for the wide scope of his music from Techno and House to Downtempo, Trip-hop and Ambient music. Charles' own career added the possibility to travel worldwide for over a decade, playing at major festival gigs and events such as the Roskilde Festival. He has performed live sets all around the globe, through Europe, South Africa, North and South America, Asia and Australia, alongside writing and programming soundtracks for fiction and documentary films.

More recently, with Pleasure, he has been exploring the synths territories producing and playing Synthpop, Synthwave & Indie dance music.

Also, as a mastering engineer at his Paris-based studio, Preference Mastering, he has worked for fifteen years on thousands of tracks for many international artists and labels.

Since the early stages of her career, Marie-Lou has always cherished the idea of remaining an eclectic and curious artist and singer.  The large scope of her collaborations (from theatre, to drawing and music), her travels, the musicians and composers with whom she has worked are but a proof of her need for diversity and intensity.
From age eight to twelve, she sang in the children choir of the Orchestre National du Capitole in Toulouse under the conduct of Michel Plasson. Discovering classical composers such as Mahler, Orff or Telemann, helped her develop strong singing techniques and a high sense of melody. Her teenage years were dedicated to very different projects like Hip Hop featurings, Chanson Française and Reggae chanting. She later moved in New York City. There, she worked on Jazz interpretations, integrating Marion Cowing’s class, learning Irving Berlin’s and George Gershwin’s repertoires, adoring Blossom Dearie and Chet Baker in particular. She toured Montreal with her friends The Royal Pickles (New Orleans and Gipsy Jazz), signed a contract with Withlefritz (Songs for Children) in Washington D.C...

Back in Paris working on her own band Driving La Nuit (Indie Pop music), she met Charles in 2016. Today, they form a duo named Pleasure that unites and excites crowds on Parisian dancefloors.
