East Coast DJ and producer PlayPlay returns to Sorry Records for their second release, ‘Maneuvers’. After inaugurating the label with a tape in 2015, our local friend Richard Brown (AKA Brown Irvin AKA AshTreJinkins) returns to Motion Ward with an oblique two-track 12" entitled "Run Me That Soul". "Locution" flexes a wobbly equilibrium of dubbed dancefloor energy and amorphous acid while "Overcast" coats the B Side in a smeared gradient of ambient wash and shape-shifting stasis. A persuasive pair of parallel worlds for winding up and winding down.

Throughout these uncertain periods of isolated stillness we have found ourselves drawn to ambient, downtempo rhythms - as have many others - so we've invited a bunch of our favourite selectors to journey us through their favourite lucious soundscapes.

First up is Holly Lester. Holly played at our last party before the lockdown alongside Marion Hawkes and and has been implementing ambient music as a peace-finding tool to navigate through these uncertain times. Here she takes us on a blissed out trip through rich, flora soaked worlds.
