94_ Opener of the Year - released on 07 January 2026

Yesterday, I felt like creating something again... There were still some ideas lying around in LaunchPad under a sample collection called "Others". I took a few out. Only effects and melodies remain... and then I just got started... on the "Opener of the Year"!

This is a song Mac and me did last year that I posted on one of my old pages and then deleted before anyone heard it . I get in my own head about my lyrics sometimes , but I listened to it today and have a totally different mindset now cos you can’t help thinking what you think no matter how miserable . And apologies to president beckenstein cos he has heard it cos I name check him and his song pity party

I wish I could express myself off this page
Then I’d never let myself spill with rage
Think I’m gonna get myself through this stage
Is it too young to wet myself in middle age 
Is it to late to save myself or far too soon to tell
Do I point myself to heaven but lean back into hell
And if tell myself that all is well I hope  it helps 
Cos I would rather be myself than pass it off as someone else

And yeah I know its narcissistic 
To say myself until your tits flip over , pound you down
You start to drown beneath the sound of me repeating that pronoun
It’s kinda dull in my hometown 
Our minds are full like golden brown
Think that’s about enough for now

I sing a pretty picture with my fingers
But I paint an ugly mugshot on the world 

And despite my best intentions it would be a lie to say
I’m nothing less than reprehensible unless I get my way
I never knew that you could screw the world until it screwed me first
I never dreamed I’d wanna kill a girl until I felt the curse
And it gets worse than that 
With every verse this twat
Keeps on reversing back
I stole that purse from nan
Please try to understand 
Im now a different man
It’s just my mouth and brain 
They came from separate lands
And yeah I know it’s faux artistic 
To play with pain and try and twist it
But then again for this shit misfit
There’s nowt to lose so why not risk it

I pluked em out thin air and span em round like plates

I’ve far too thin a pate.
A tendency to grate

In face of such distaste 


Think I’ll join jb , that’s if he’ll have me
