Plus Plus is here to keep the vibes going all summer long! After digging through out back catalog to produce some remixes for his previous release, Ared is back with with an outstanding EP that delivers sun soaked vibes for lazy afternoons. From the emotional and uplifting strings and keys on “Real Hope”, to the tight drum driven grooves and forward bassline on “Intro”, Ared’s once again shows off his distinct approach to melodies and harmonies while keeping the grooves grounded.

New comer Drymouth takes a focused approach on “Real Hope”, creating an electro influenced throw back vibe with it’s broken drums and sequenced synth lines that harken back to days gone by. The arrangement is a no frills affair that delivers the goods and doesn’t hold back.

LoveAmplified makes his much anticipated return to Plus Plus with his remix of “Real Hope” Stripping it down to to a few fundamental bits from the original, LoveAmplified builds it back up into deep and chugging house vibes. And as luck would have it, LoveAmplified was kind enough to include an instrumental as well for those late night vibes.

Wrapping up the EP we have Odøn tearing down “Intro” and creating a downtempo remix with shades of trip hop. Odøn’s slinky drums and hazy vibes are on full display. While the drums may be loose and lively, Odøn’s attention to detail is anything but. With a thoughtful arrangement and every synth complimenting it’s counter point, Odøn creates a remix where the whole is greater than the sums of it’s parts.

To me, this track feels like a major leap forward in finding my process. It was a helluva lot of fun to make.  I made a commitment to sneaking my voice somewhere in all my tracks, so it's in there somewhere for the attentive to find. (This is my "Schmastering" attempt, and it hasn't been professionally treated yet.)

Big thanks to everyone to danced their faces off the first time I played it out at the Grand. (Ceremony crew & Portland homies, I love you guys.)

++ is back with our 12th release, featuring our very own Dynamic UK Duo, Chemical Play. This time around they're back with a heavier, darker sound that's primed for those dark, late night warehouse parties that are sure to be popping up over the summer.

First up we have the ever funky and driving "It Hertz". With a deep, grainy vocal and a gritty baseline accompanied by the pounding kick, this one is sure to get the dancefloor moving with a restrained, nocturnal energy that is hard to beat.

Following up on the open track is "Ur L1es" (cheeky little guys, aren't they?). With a bouncy, rubbery baseline and a smooth, haunting vocal this track is primed to build the anticipation and excitement on the floor while still maintaining it's composure. 

Next up we have a massive, gut rumbling affair from the D.U.D. on "Lost". With it's eerie, almost dubbed out synths and space out vocals with a "deep as fuck" baseline, this track will be a favourite amongst those who have had one too many party favours (we know who you are, and we love you all the same!).

Up first on remix duties is ++ fan favourite Dakin Auret. Bringing his signature "dark disco" sound on "It Hertz", Dakin has made an edgier and chunkier version with a punchy baseline and an interlude with synths reminiscent of Girgio Moroder before dropping back into the main groove. Yeah, we're excited to unleash this one on the dancefloors as well.

Our main man Chlorophyll has given "Ur Lies" a more organic but subdued techno makeover for his personal interpretation. With looped, chopped up vocal snippets and dubbed out chords that evolve and grow and a baseline that just accents the groove. This track is one for the chin strokers to contemplate and debate amongst themselves while maintaining enough drive to keep the dancefloor grooving and heaving.

And to finish up this release we once again turn to the man behind the scenes, Jason Bay.  Snatching up the vocals from "Lost", Jay Bay takes a more housey, almost pop oriented approach. With a dreamy arpeggiator that glides it's way through out the track and a buzzy baseline that we're sure will make you smile, Jason Bay's remix is one that the ladies will definitely appreciate (and hopefully shake their ass too!).

Where as Teggno Records is focused on the more forward thinking and cutting edge end of the techno spectrum, it was time to take a step back, drop the bpms a bit and enjoy the groovier, more subdued end of the dance spectrum.

Enter Plus Plus, Lance's new output for anything deep and dubby. The perfect balance to his already reputable Teggno outlet, Plus Plus is in the process of building a network of like minded individuals and really believes in building a "family first" mentality while helping it's young and raw roster develop and hone their skills.
