Loneliness is a pandemic of its own, which became especially apparent during the Covid-19 lockdown. The irony is that lockdown didn’t create loneliness; those who felt isolated before the lockdown remained so even after restrictions were lifted.
This song emphasises the importance of communication and openness, encouraging everyone to express their thoughts and needs. The phrase "Everybody can help you if you let them" underscores the necessity of seeking help and support from others. We explore mental struggle and the need to unwind by talking to someone who cares. 
The world would be a much better place if everyone wore a sign saying, "You can always talk to me”.

Much of this album, perhaps unintentionally, explores themes of loss in various forms, yet this particular track celebrates the freedom of breaking away and flying free.
