Wisconsin based composer and musician Lisa Roseanne Bartholomew writes heartfelt music that creates a mood and paints an image in the mind’s eye. Drawn to composing music and writing songs her whole life primarily for the piano, guitar and violin Bartholomew infuses elements of contemporary classical, blues, jazz, pop and even ragtime into her soundscape. Current projects include composing and recording an eclectic collection of songs for piano and string quartet as well as a piece for string orchestra. “My ultimate goal as a composer is to create evocative music that is born from an honest and heartfelt place and honors the inspiration from where it came."
