dear old friend

Patrice5 (@patrice55) and I present track 5 in our collaborative album in progress, "Altitude". Patrice5 composed, mixed and recorded his part on 12 October 2025 in MAGIX, and I composed, mixed and recorded my part, improvising on Akai MPK mini keyboard connected to Logic Pro, on that same evening of 12 October 2025 and combined and recorded a first longer version of the collaborative track. Then on 14 October Patrice  arranged and recorded a shorter version, which we release here on SoundCloud in this late Thursday evening (in Europe) of 16 October 2025.

The artwork cover for our album "Altitude" (2025) and all tracks in it uses a photo shot by Alex M on 26 September 2025 cropped and annotated by Alex M in Mac OS Preview on 29 September 2025 - in coordination and agreement with Patrice5.

Been making music since the ’90s — started out with an Atari ST and C-Lab Creator, the predecessor to Logic. Never stopped since. In my basement: K4r, K1r, 01R/W, Matrix 1000, MS-404, VZ10-M, U220, M-16E, and more FX gear than common sense.
I make music because it’s part of my life. Not perfect, but full of soul.
