93.9 Lite FM - Chicago’s Relaxing Favorites

Star 105 FM was a station in Albuquerque/Santa Fe, NM that played hot adult contemporary in the mid-90s. They used a custom package from Tony Griffin Productions, although the vocals on the demo were much softer and less energetic.

As well as creating our own Ignite jingle packages, we're the UK reps for TM Studios in Dallas. Seahaven FM returned to us for their second TM package, choosing a range of themes from LiteHouse. The jingles are now on air across East Sussex and beyond.

This proved quite challenging for me for two reasons. Firstly I was struggling to imagine what I could add, and that I didn't want to make the result with my additions worse than the original. In the end I did a one take improvised piano part, then added a relatively subtley rhythmic beeping in the background. I think I managed to achieve my goal of not making it worse than it was before my additions. You can download a version with the two parts hard panned left and right here:
