Breaking: Keld Bordinggaard har netop taget  job som Head of Coaching i den tyske storklub Bayer 04 Leverkusen. 

I denne ekstra udsendelse fortæller han om vejen ind i en af Bundesligaens tophold, hvor han som konsulent var med til at udforme klubbens sportslige strategi. Nu er han ansat til at omsætte hovedets strategier til kroppens fodbold. Keld er en af sportens mest reflekterede profiler med klare holdninger til talentudvikling også i Danmark -  og det er befriende at høre ham skelne mellem fodboldforskning og foskningsfodbold...

I denne episode kommer du helt med ind i den medicinalt ejede men angiveligt familiære Bayer-klubs maskinrum  - og så dukker sportschefen Simon Rolfes såmænd også op undervejs.
