Klangpunkt. Records is a music label dedicated to good Tech House, Techno, Minimal and Deep House music. We want to offer high quality music with a unique style. Not only the music in general is important for us, also the way the artists present themselves. The whole "package" has to be professional. We expect the highest producing standards as well as a sovereign appearance on website, Myspace, Facebook, Soundcloud and Co.

Our philosophy:
- we release unique music only
- artists need to have developed their own style of music
- tracks need to have melody elements and beats that vary
- listeners should recognize the tracks
- rhythm and harmonic parts should be associated with label and artist

IsraelUnderground is a community founded during the year 2000 and which consists of a colorful blend of electronic music lovers, clubbers, djs and producers. During its many years of existence IU has evolved and changed parallel to the Israeli scene, followed it in it best days as well as in its worst, while constantly bonding its members not just on the dance floor but outside it as well.

This podcast series "PodIUmix" (Pod-IU-Mix) will attemp to showcase members and friends of IU, while trying to expose the listeners to as many musical genres as possible. This is IU in sound.

René Mans and Jeroen Robbertsen have met eachother for the first time on the second edition of a Dutch festival called "Wooferland". From that day on they slowly became friends.

René Mans has always been a music junkie. He made his first remixes of top 40 Discotracks with just a taperecorder at very young age. In the early 90's René moved to Amsterdam to work in a recordstore. A few years later he started to work for a recordcompany. As René really loved the Amsterdam nightlife he was soon sucked into a ,nowadays legendary, club... "RoXY".

He started to organise small parties with some friends (René was co-organisator of the infamous illegal "Palingkraam" party in the heart of Amsterdam) and slowly started as a deejay. 
He also produced his first tracks with applications like “Cubase” and “Acid Pro” but never sent his finished products to recordcompanies.

In 2010 Mans started to work in “Ableton Live”. His main musical influences are: The Beatles, My Bloody Valentine, Richie Hawtin, Daft Punk, Joy Division/New Order, Carl Craig, James Holden, Trentemoller, Giorgio Moroder and Kraftwerk.

Jeroen Robbertsen has been fascinated by music his whole life. At the age of 7 he starts listening to Jean Michel Jarre, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Vangelis and Pink Floyd following the start of piano lessons at the age of 8. After a short break during highschool he continues to attend piano lessons at the age of 17 which is shortly followed by the purchase of his first synthesizer, the Roland Juno 106. Robbertsen gradually expands his bedroom studio to escape into his own dreamworld by creating soundscapes and compositions. 

In his spare time he studies music theory at the Schumann academy for four years (major piano). In this theoretical part of conservatory he studies subjects like music history, harmony, solfèg, composition and music analysis. At this point he develops a passion for old and modern classical music (Bach, Strawinsky, Moessorgski, Debussy, Philip Glass and Arvo Pärt).
In 2007 Robbertsen discovers “Ableton Live” and is instantly hooked to this program. 

Early 2010 Robbertsen starts working with René Mans on a regular basis under the moniker of Mans & Robbertsen. The difference in their musical background, but also in their personalities, make Mans & Robbertsen something special in the nowadays dance scene. 

You can really hear the synergy of their musical taste in their productions. One of the first tracks the duo produced was "Drama". It's probably the first time that Shakespeare's "Hamlet" was the inspiration for a housetrack. "Drama", but also their tracks "Close" and "New Horizons" were immediately signed by the legendary Belgium label Eyepatch Recordings/Bonzai.

Mid 2010 the duo made their first remix for the American producer Code Duello and gave their first deejay-performance as a duo at the “Schillenhut” party. 
In October 2010 they will present their first live-performance in the “Paradiso” venue at the “International Golden Gnome Awards” during the “Amsterdam Dance Event”.

What about their future? 
René smiles and said "The future is looking bright... that's why we wear sunglasses on the pressphoto’s" :-)
