APOB - Particles

There Is The Sun is a cinematic piece that was done at 150bpm. I started with some pad effects that I made using the fmsynth module in caustic, I used a lite piano in the background for chording to back the melody as well as a little side melody using the brandyglass preset in the ksssynth module. 

It is a relaxing and clean piece, I wanted to keep the high end sharp and soft, and hope it comes across in the sound?

Electric Hippy

Little Bird On A Window Sill is simple short and sweet, with a nice backing organ working simple chords. The main riff uses the ksssynth module in the caustic app with the soft pluck setting, and I run that through three modular patches and one vocoder.

As for the supporting graphic, I like Mr. Edgar Allan Poe, and he liked all birds, not so much Ravens as just simple little song birds in the morning. He loved them best of all; and you can tell, by the feeling in your heart :).

To a Little Bird On The Window Sill

I often hear, modern tuning, with its middle A tuned to 440 hrtz is bad for organic structures, whereas 432 hrtz is good. Some folks can rly go on about, so look it up and see for yourself. 

I made a couple of sine waves, and a square tooth, 1 sec in length, very simple. Loaded them up using the pcmsynth patch for caustic and ran them through some modular patches. 

The finished result is "Brahma is Sleeping," This is a very restful ambient piece and in it you can hear, Shiva wakes her husband, and then he gently falls back to slumber.

Blessed Circuit

"There Is No Surface - There is No time - Outta Self Composition" is a restful and slow electronic composition sure to transport you to different dimensions in less than two minutes. When listening to it over and over in loop mode you might not come back, I know part of me is there still.

There is No Surface \ No Time - Outta Self Composition

The "CrabWood" anomaly is one of the most interesting crop circles we have seen and this piece of music is a short piece about simple two note melodies spread over two bars being broken into a more complex melody by the use of micro-tonal instrumentation - essentially I wanted to explore the simple process of splitting the circle in music, and I wanted it to sound like a flying saucer(or the Fey) weaving wheat (or horses hair) into binary puzzles (or Runic knots) with deeper meaning. It should be noted, all the Crabwood says is, there are good Fey and bad, and "oppose deception." Should probly "bear" in mind all maths and arts are representative systems, finite expressing the infinite, merely Shamanism and its mimicry. Like how good poetry leads to a higher self and bad poetry does little or worse. 

It is a different "style" of melody, and for me it sticks in the head, but it nvr seems so simple when I listen to the finished piece :).

While putting the graphic together I looked for images of my two Nemo`s and then saw some sheet music with the title "Guns and Paradise," which seemed particularly fitting as a point between both stories...

We Dream The -Others- Must Dream Us Too?

An experiment using a "frippertronics" style approach, a technique used by Robert Fripp to build up textures by recording overdubs on to a tape loop. A digital looper was used in this case. A Hartmann Neuron sound was used to record the original loop. The loop was then processed using different effects and transposed and offset to produce the final piece. Birds added after the fact. Headphones or good speakers if you got 'em.
