4Tek brings the heat to Pogo House 111 with the Transitions EP, an intricate oldskool House and Garage vibe consisting of two tracks each with a remix. First up 4Tek serves ‘Transitions’ that feels like it’s arrived straight out of the 1994 London garage scene packed full with mood atmospherics and organ stabs synonymous with productions from back in the day. Label owner Martin Depp flips the track with the ‘Wembley Mix’ a ‘Nice n Ripe’ esque remix that packs punches ready for a dancefloor slamdown. The second track ‘Deep and Slow’ is a diamond in the rough, this has more of a classic house feel to it but with serious energy levels, a real uplifting piano killer of a track that shows serious intent from 4Tek on production levels. Leandro Di then remixes the track to a more Leandro Di dubby signature feel whilist maintaining the energy and vibe of the original track. Make no mistake this is pure uplifting euphoric vibes fused with classic house and garage vibes that when put together deliver very, very well.
