In 2001 Tobias Börjesson discovered his love for music production. After a few years he released his first songs and remixes. First under the name "Boerje", later under the name "BoerjeBeatz". In 2012 he founded his current project "Hard2die". For some years he has experimented with a variety of genres. He worked hard on his own special style and has gained a lot of experience along the way. In 2017 he finally committed himself to the Hardstyle genre. His style is characterized by catchy melodies, paired with things you would not expect.

Our concept for this album was inspired by the idea of 
"What is music in the first place?" 
We thought about this question, again and again, as POINTERS.

Before the creation of any recording device, 
or the establishment of the music business, 
and even before the Christian era, collapse of Babel, 
Adam and Eve or Mammalia and Aves...

Long before any of these moments in history, 
living nature has used sound as a form of communication, 
for comfort and pleasure and even forms of self expression.

In the midst of all the worlds great music history, as POINTERS 
we try to live somewhere in the rehlm of the past as well as the future. 
We tried to record the essence of pleasure in music. 

All members lived together on Ishigaki island 
and took half a year to complete the recording process.
