Low Flame

Ivorie, an up-and-coming artist, hails from Richmond, Virginia. He specializes in what he calls “Alt. Soul” but is also very versatile in his sound exploring the many facets of his creative ability. Having a musical background by way of his father (a guitarist) as well as his aunt (a singer), both of who were a part of a local band in Richmond, it becomes apparent that this is a talent that flows through his being. Much of his inspiration comes from an array of artists such as; Frank Ocean, Amy Winehouse, Kimbra, James Blake and Erykah Badu to name a few. As an artist he prides himself on the whimsicality yet depth of his lyrics which he tailors to be relatable to the human experience.
