In 2006, he began performing in several city clubs, swiftly rising to become the permanent DJ at two of Panama's most popular clubs, The Gallery-Blue Room and Hedkandi Lounge. Because of his dynamic performances, he was requested to warm up for several international DJs and producers, like Lucca Bacchetti, Audiofly, Desyn Massiello, Omid 16B, Nick Warren, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Danny Howells, Chris Fortier, and Steve Lawler, to mention a few.

He's developed his own sound, fusing underground, progressive, Deep House, and Tech House genres. His shows are packed with mind-altering tunes that keep the crowd dancing till the early hours of the morning.

Mystique Music, RYNTH, One of A Kind, BC2, Balkan Connection, Bevel Rec, Nature Rec, SexonWax, Stripped Recordings, Stripped Digital, Droid9, SLC6 are just a few of the record companies he has worked with as a producer.

His first gig as a Dj was back in the late 90s while going to college in Funkytown (Forth Worth), TX. He was a regular at local bars and played across different genres. Then he stepped out of the scene to focus on family & Business, but 4 years ago he rediscovered his passion for music & performing

His sound has no boundaries.  In his live sets and productions, you will find a reflection of his diverse upbringing and taste. Electronic World Music moving across different genres would be the best way to interpret his sound.

His live sets will get you moving and through a journey of different emotions. A true storyteller

Besides the traditional DJ set, he also performs Hybrid sets to include more of his personal touch and live creativity.

Currently, he is a resident of the Radio Venao brand in Panama City. Where he has been a part of their lineups for events including important international and local artists. He has released 6 production tracks and also last year launched his own brand: Boutique Sessions.

Within the last few months, he has also released a podcast for the brand's Cirque Noir & Hot Situations based in the USA. On his SoundCloud, you can also find his own released sets including the very special Sunset Series

Nowadays, You cannot describe house Music without "Charles Bell" popping immediately into your head. With over 2 decades of experience in the international clubbing scene, he can be considered one of Panama´s Underground House Movement backbones, also a fan favorite in the ever-growing, highly-energized, Nightlife of Panama City.
 
Having produced tracks for many Record Labels such as Undertechnical Recordings (UK), 808 Recordings (Spain), My Own Beat Records (Mexico), and Miami-Based Bedroom Muzik, just to name a few, Charles has developed a very unique style in his productions, that has been described as underground rhythms influenced by organic and ethnic elements, that will please even the most demanding dance floors.
 
Charles cannot help his desire for involvement in the Development of the House Scene wherever he goes, he`s always been known for his initiative towards finding creative and innovative ways to reach his usual and new following, either through his music, his on-point mixes, and performances, his quality music productions, or even his leadership skills, spreading the message of Good music, Intelligent Beats, and never-ending charisma towards pushing young talents to dig in within themselves to find their creativity/artistic/musical/sport/talent calling.

To be honest, we've been waiting to put this set out ever since we first conceptualized the idea of D Laz playing DH. Damian has been one of our favorite DJs and a constant inspiration for us over the years. He’s the only person we’ve given a 4 hour set to and he turned it into something that went down in history alongside the best sets we’ve ever seen at the fest.
