In his unique take on Rupt's "Muddy Mood", German producer mexCalito favors a stompier rhythm rather than drivey -- playing up the track's signature sticky/muddy bass. A bouncing stereo panned perc adds swing to the off-beat bass, while another bass synth steps and spirals down in recurring sequences. The vocal sneaks in little reminders to "Hide the body..." while the bouncing stomping gutteral groove presses on with abandon.
