On his latest offering, &ME is delivering quite the achievement. Co-produced with Black Coffee, the a-side „The Rapture Pt. III” obviously continues the narrative of its predecessors. But unlike in the motion picture business, where sequels tend to be watered down rehashes of the original, those Raptures are just getting better and better. It’s all here, the dense and gentle build-up, the tender piano lines, the just overwhelming emotion. Safe bet, we’re dealing with a future classic here.

This song represents a transformative phase in my musical journey, digging into my vinyl collection to build a bridge between all the facets of my diverse artistic personality : House, Minimal, Hip-Hop, Jazz and whispers of old Armenian records, capturing the essence of the past while embracing the present. Who I was and who I am. Now.

« Lonely Raver » was born from an unforgettable experience at a Berlin party, where I found myself immersed in nostalgic emotions, being the last person standing on the dancefloor—an embodiment of the lonely raver I once was. To create this track, I reconnected with my past and my old workflow, resurrecting my trusty MPC 2000 XL. Full analog, preserving the authenticity of the sound, keeping dusty noises and avoiding digital elements entirely. As the first single from my album, it serves as a compass, guiding the way towards a new direction in my career.

Reinventing myself while staying true to my identity has been a long and challenging process. It required toughness and taking risks. But here it is! This song is dedicated to all the people who dance on the edge of existence. To you, lonely raver.
