Urban Antidote Records was born at the end of 2006 in Portugal . Our purpose is to create an URBAN ANTIDOTE, a musical escape from the harsh daily reality and a break from urban stressed life as many of us know it nowadays. Our main aim is to stimulate people and show them a way to think out of the box, to live in alternative ways from the usual ones and we would love people to share their own personal ideas on how to do that with us as well. For this reason we invest our spare time in working on things like creating psychedelic music, parties/events, and music releases. Next to that we believe in the promotion of all sorts of artists in our beautiful psychedelic art scene, as well the established names as the newcomers, although always with a high quality standard guarantueed. Nioka (Dennis) is an artist who has played all over the globe during the last years. He lives with his family in Bavaria, the idyllic southern part of Germany, where he organised the legendary "Into The Woods" parties together with his friends. 
He has been in touch with psytrance since 2004 and listened to many different styles. But his heart is beating for the darker style of psytrance. After DJing he started with music production. 

His style is story-telling. Deep hypnotic rhythms, sometimes groovy and melodic sometimes gloomy and foresty, accompanied by impulsive basslines. You can call it nightpsy with forest elements within a range of 150-156 BPM. Nioka´s sounds are also characteristic for its samples taken from orchestral or organic ethno sounds. In his live sets, he loves to suprise his audience with unexpected variations. 

He also has been working on his side project TranceLucid (Ethno Psytrance) which is a collab project together with Immanu-El. 

Afer having worked togther with Sunna Records during the last years, he has now become a member 
of the upcoming label Kabiri Records and is looking forward to their collaboration in the future.

Polarians is the Forest/Twilight project from Ruben Sponar, aka Rubuscubus and Joana Gregório, aka Coguie.

Rubuscubus is an Audio Engenieer and Electronic Music Producer sice 2010. Signed to Woo-Dog Records since 2019.
Creating Baselines filled with funky and energetic grooves, his Music turns any dancefloor into a dancing bubbly enchanted Forest tale.

Coguie is a Forest and Twilight DJ since 2012, and Music producer enthusiast and apprentice. Signed to the estableshed label Purple Hexagon Records since 2015.
Characterized for creating deep atmospheric and mind travel Sound Journeys, Loaded with powerful rhythms and spooky foresty Melodies.

Polarians born as a form to synthesize the Polarity on our musical inner essences and inspirations.
Blending them in a symbiosis where both Polar parts, Dark and Light, Day and Night, Sun and Moon, Sound and Silence, Good and Evil, dance harmoniously to show the beauty and power between their union.

To create their unique sounds, they invented and built a sound effect instrument box and by recording everyday objects and integrate these into digital soundscapes, they create their own organic and clear sounds.
This method allows them to combine the best of the digital format and the acoustic recordings made with the sound box.

As owners of their own Modular Synthesizer company CubuSynth (cubusynth.com), they use their own Eurorack Modules to create otherwordly soundscapes and perform live, in order to increase originality and make each of their sets unique.
