"I took this lengthy mix as an opportunity to delve into the depths of my USB and play some music that I normally would never get the opportunity to play. 

My intention behind the mix was to portray in 3 hours & 33 mins the ideal 24 hour set that I’d like to hear at a festival. 

From an early sunrise meditation soundtrack, to weird and wonky earthy grooves flowing into some uplifting day time house, cruising later into deeper more sinister electronic cuts through the night, then back into some euphoric sunrise classics, finally laying you back down gently with the wise words of Ram Dass accompanied by an extended Jon Hopkins edit.

333 Sessions 047 - Luke Alessi

This mix features some of my favourite tracks from the past 12-18 months. It's composed of 55 tracks in total for this 3-3-22 special edition! This results in a short mixing time for each track and a quite energetic and varied session. The ballad unfolds in waves of different atmospheres and emotions across all kinds of genres and selecta. 

If I had to specify I would say the first 1h20 is a nice buildup ending with a pop Italian song then we get on a Rambo mission through trippy and indie dance for about another 1h then some Bambi house and groove for 40mn ending on a deliciously cinematic Cerrone song, and then the set closes with another 40m of deep and melodic vibes

Estrenamos en exclusiva “Martyr”, una colaboración entre PSYRUS, ELEX y Nevve.

 La canción fue grabada como parte de una colaboración internacional que reunió a artistas de diferentes partes del mundo en una mezcla creativa. Su iniciador, PSYRUS, es un productor y DJ con una gran trayectoria, cuyos lanzamientos potencian la percepción de los estilos electrónicos. La sinergia del future bass, el dubstep, el trap, el house y otros; adquieren una profundidad adicional por los significados integrados en el ADN de las mismas pistas. Habiendo sido publicado en sellos progresivos y promoviendo un enfoque significativo de la electrónica, PSYRUS ahora es famoso por sus hazañas con veteranos del escenario mundial y recién llegados como Onyx, Ragga Twins, Noah Sebastian.

La poderosa voz que suena a través de “Martyr” pertenece al vocalista y miembro de las bandas de Nevve, un súper equipo codiciado de compositores y vocalistas, estrechamente asociado con el mundialmente famoso sello canadiense Monstercat. 

El sonido de “Martyr”, entra claramente en la categoría de EDM melódico y desarrolla el vector ideológico de la canción anterior de PSYRUS "Pretty Little Mess", contando la historia de una ruptura dolorosa. Si menos es más, entonces es exactamente lo que tenemos aquí: la letra melancólica y en clave menor, multiplicada por sentimientos de final total. Así presentan un resultado opuesto, afirmando que por más triste que sea el momento, un día todo será completamente diferente.

“Martyr” es lo que suena en situaciones en las que se corre a toda velocidad entre el tráfico, pero se sabe que en la siguiente intersección se volverá al lado derecho de la carretera y se reducirá la velocidad.
