HOJ crew return this week with another guest passing through, this week we welcome Repertoire & R-Whites founder - Law!

Law founded and co-runs Repertoire which started out in 2009 and has featured artists such as Tim Reaper, Mantra, Dead Man's Chest, Infest, X Nation, Ricky Force, Eusebeia, Mani Festo, Necrotype, Shiken Hanzo, Blu Mar Ten and loads more!

With over 20 years behind the decks, Law has gained a reputation on the underground circuit for his precision mixing and broad selection. Law's breakbeat driven sounds has seen him play at some of London's most renowned venues including Ministry of Sound, Corsica Studios and Scala, in addition to playing guest sets for SHERELLE & Tom Ravenscroft (BBC6 Music). In 2010 Law started the infamous blog 'Drumtrip', an outlet for his encyclopaedic knowledge of DnB's history, so we had to get him on the show!

Repertoire has gone from strength to strength becoming one of the mainstays of the Jungle revival, plus a new sub-label has just broke called R-Whites which focuses on different tempo's and genres.

"I call this one the "iPod selection". For this mix I raided the files and folders of my old iPod from the early / mid 2000s. So this sort of selection represents a lot of what I was listening to as I entered my late teenage years, into my early 20s. Those formative musical years definitely stay with you forever and these tracks are a pretty decent snapshot of my music taste even now. Thanks to Pollination for the opportunity."

Infest has been producing breakbeat music for more than a decade now and he is known for a string of highly emotive drum and bass releases on a variety of well-respected labels. Infest is not only a respected DJ and producer, but also label boss of Next Phase Records, an exciting label that aims to release an eclectic mix of breakbeat driven music unrestricted by BPM. Music, design and art have run through his blood since childhood and his appetite for expression and an attention to detail stands at the forefront of every track, design or painting Robbert crafts. He achieves this connection by building rich cinematic and emotive productions that combine with his artwork to form an audio visual journey through a wonderfully vivid universe overflowing with empathy.

Let's meet our dj, Boj Lucki, repping Bukva Sound and Mir Crew:

Bojan, born in Sarajevo (Bosnia/former Yugoslavia), raised in Mexico and Sweden. Became at a young age one of the residents and promoters of one the largest Dnb nights in Scandinavia called REKYL. Since then Boj Lucki has played a major role in the Swedish Bass music scene. Early Rekyl-guests were Goldie, LTJ Bukem, Fabio & Grooverider, Dj Hype, Krust, Zinc, Bailey, Digital, Commix, Ragga Twins.

His Dub Fi Dub mixes were played widely and his Jungle & Dubwise selection have been dropped in over 25 different countries on three continents. Guesting clubs and festivals in cities like Hong Kong, Toronto, London, Barcelona, Shanghai, Paris, Moscow, Berlin and Prague to name just a few. 

MIR Crew was formed by Ljudas, Toni Bassi & Boj Lucki. The production trio has been working with artists and legends like UK Apache, Top Cat, General Levy and Million Stylez. With releases on labels such as Ninja Tune and Jungle Cakes .

The crew have also been involved in the award winning Daytime Sessions at in Stockholm. Bringing Sweden names like Shy Fx, DJ EZ, High Contrast, dBridge, Flava D, B Traits, Redlight, Alix Perez, Breakage, Jenna G.

Deep down the path of music another skin has been shed. The traits of a chameleon and the versatility of nature aligned the frequencies to pulsate into resonance. ARTERIAM is an experimental electronic project mixing mathematics of tempo with modular synthesis and filtering in mandalic expressions. It focuses on the subconscious side of the mind instead of the lead role of commercial focused music. 
ARTERIAM is now living in Berlin, Germany in which time will tell where this music can lead. ARTERIAM is born in Guatemala, land of the Mayans and Mysteries. Keep tuned in to listen. This music will have the only constant in the universe...change
