Summer 2022, we ventured deep into the woods somewhere in the heights of Tisno to experience something different. At the end of a corridor shaped by nature, an impressively stacked sound system pulsing dark minimal breaks to a group of rave explorers. That night, while Dekmantel Selectors is dancing by the sea, local @metzattack collective and The Hague’s @future.intel organized a daring off program session. 

Core to the culture, raves keep the lights of pure freedom alive. Communities gather and support each other to create moments out of time. From Vodice, Croatia, the young Metz Attack collective has been pushing boundaries and their atypical sound for years now, earning a respected name in the alternative electronic music scene. Beautiful rave stage design, well cared-for visual identity, great vision for curation and a super kind and welcoming crew. Metz Attack has it all.

Among its ranks is @__________fabian , a member whose talents mirror the collective’s ethos. Awarded as best new dj by Croatian Ambassador I. 2017, he has since earned gigs at festivals like Love International, Dekmantel Selectors and Dimensions. Playing in clubs all around the region, you can most often find him playing at the infamous Masters club in Zagreb. 

For this Polychrome Radio, Fabian sent us a recording showcasing an impressive array of sounds, floating effortlessly through dub, breaks and techno. Simply mesmerising.

Nekad Chofica, danas 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗳, a svojima Filip Brčić crna je silueta sa zagrebačke Šalate. Iako se miksanjem bavi već više od šest godina, nešto češće mogli smo ga 'uhvatiti' tek u posljednje dvije.

Diplomirani fizičar i matematičar odrastao je na rocku, punku i metalu. Od studentskih dana njeguje ljubav prema elektroničkoj glazbi u koju su ga uvele tada mlade domaće snage - Ufos Sakiris, Dome da Hood i Rudi.



Od 2018. godine Chof djeluje kao član kolektiva 𝗣𝗮𝗾𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗿𝗲𝘄 čija se vizija "muzike bez pravila" rodila u nekadašnjem Brazilu na Savi.

Uz njega, kolektiv čine @ple7e i @mislav-mati, a zajedničkim snagama organizirali su plesnjake u Pločniku, podrumu studentskog doma na Lašćini i na tajnim lokacijama među skrovitim sljemenskim krošnjama. 

Također, perspektivni Zagrepčanin stoji iza klupskog programa 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗚𝘂𝘁 s bliskim prijateljem i bivšim cimerom, šibenskim DJ-em Marcelom.

Bez prevelikih žanrovskih ograničenja, Chof voli sve što zvuči dobro. Kako kaže, u zadnje vrijeme najradije se igra s electrom, technom, tranceom, UK-om i svime između. Što god smiješa, nikad nije dosadno i garantira "filmašku" vožnju s uplifting predznakom.

Dok slušaš set, baci oko na intervju i doznaj koje instrumente ovaj mladić svira, čime se bavi u slobodno vrijeme i što mu starci misle o glazbi koju pušta.

@isabel-wiltenburg has been shining her way through our communities for some time now. Leading the Nightlife Care Network - a support platform for our nights - she offers us her deep nightlife expertise, inspiring empathy and friendship, making our practice grow on and off the dance floor. Because it is there that her research in the night starts, as a dancer. One that fully experiences music, soaking in the energies and sounds, while defining her own.

Exploring bass frequencies and UK influenced club music, ISA W perfectly paces the rhythm and is open to merging cultures through sounds. After recording a beautiful episode of RPU’s Aquatic Gardens and blessing  the Surface Massief night at Noord Space , Isabel is taking the reins of Polychrome Radio for an hour through her collection, and we are honored.

It’s refreshing to feel such care and vision for music and the cultures that surround it. We first discovered @Lula_Luna as an artist through her listening selections—whether played on radio shows or released on her own SoundCloud.

A certain sensitivity shines through her sets. Her selections spark the imagination and inspire new flows. From ambient escapes to dub-infused electronics, there’s a grounding element that ties her sound together—understated yet powerful.

As part of the Possibilities Open Studio crew, Lou has been exploring her creative self by curating events that move the needle, while researching music aesthetics and experiences. Alongside this beautiful cover shot by Mark Loopstra, she shared with us a few nature photographs taken in Gran Canaria. A soft visual reminder that sounds require space and time.
