Morell is an interdisciplinary sound artist born in Santiago de Chile, whose work carves a deliberate path through the layered terrains of techno and experimental sound.

Rooted in a deep fascination with the friction between nature and machine, his practice merges analog warmth, classical tension, and electroacoustic precision into a sound that feels both primal and architectural.

Early on, he was drawn to the pulse of drums and the resonance of the cello—two forces that continue to echo in his music through shifting textures, broken rhythms, and harmonic dissonance. This foundation, paired with years of research in synthesis, modulation, and spatial audio, led to a sonic language that resists easy classification and invites immersive listening.

Rather than chasing perfection, Morell embraces process, instinct, and transformation. Each piece unfolds as an exploration of thresholds: between structure and chaos, clarity and distortion, memory and presence. His work is less about performance, and more about experience.

His intention is clear:

Morell has released music on labels such as ASW (Utrecht) and Allure (Australia), and his work extends into immersive sound installations that explore the sensory relationships between sound, space, and embodiment.
