Happy mistakes were encouraged in a house with a revolving
door for talent to lend their spirit while I cooked for everyone and made sure no one had an empty glass or bowl for my famous chili. My hope is that listening to this record feels like finding something, an old jacket that still fits, a pair of boots at the charity shop that fits instantly, a painting on the sidewalk that you have to bring home, a new friend you meet at an open session.
