I... Don't really know whose theme this was? I believe it was Willdmark, considering the "W." in the file name. We never gave the song a proper name, and the character in question has been long scrapped with only a fragment of what was left in them being used in another character.

Dr. Willdmark was a very... unusual take on a scientist. He was like Sans and Gaster were one character and looked like Undyne. Willdmark wasn't a very good example of character design, writing-wise more specifically, and we all tend to agree it's best we leave him on the cutting room floor.

Edit: the mystery has been solved! Ethan confirmed this theme was for Wolfgang, another indefinitely scrapped character. I won't tell anymore than that, because like Mira, Wolfgang may have a chance to be revived in hard mode's development.
