The ground beneath me cracked and swayed, while choices bent like fragile steel,
Still I stood—half ash, half ember—proof that broken things can heal.
Though weary steps mark where I’ve been, and every scar recalls its name,
I move because the world insists that motion softens olden flame.
So scorched, I breathe; so worn, I stay—no stranger to the harsh and true,
For even burned by all the elements, I rise because there’s more to do.
