Finally we head into the Drum and Bass World with the unbelievable Skylark! Fatal Faith is the 2nd Single from my upcoming EP on Kannibalen Records! 

Quick little story time!
I had this idea building around march/april, and was loving it until I hit the drops. When showing it to some peers we all felt it wasn't quite right, It felt like I was rusty in writing music...and I was! I spent a good while on my hiatus kind of not writing as much as I should. In the end we decided, if we do this we have to do this right and we sent it to Skylarks team. Luckily he was really into it, and I am forever grateful because the composition was too emotional to let go. Skylark took the track and made 2 Drops that are absolutely outstanding. He delivered beyond expectation. It also ended up pushing the song into the vibe I wanted to go for in my new EP. After months of back and forth, re-writing sections and string parts, vocals on my end as well, we came to our final destination. I hope you enjoy it <3

On the morning of November 9, 2024, Robin Gillespie, Indigo Brandstein, Sarai Juarez, Rosalie Coleman, and Miriam Evans-Sachs descended into the TIMARA basement for a 24 hour Compose-A-Thon, courtesy of Tom Lopez’s studio class. On the Eastern Bibbins staircase, we passed the big metal tub, and immediately knew what would have to happen at 2 am that night. After 14 hours of toiling on other projects and becoming more and more delirious, Miriam wrote a score for an improvised piece for the soon-to-exist Tub ensemble. At 2 am, the five of us gathered in Studio 2, and set to playing. After 18 minutes of improvisation, 30 minutes cleaning up, and an hour of editing, we had invention for Tub. We hope you enjoy.

From February 1st to 2nd, 2025, 449 musicians and 24 visual artists came together to challenge themselves: 18 hours to create cover art and supplementary branding, and 18 hours to produce songs between 50 and 70 seconds-- no more, no less. A major challenge, but a welcome one. The resulting 66 tracks consist of some of the most high-energy, creative, and fun music that the FORM community has to offer.

During times of stress, fear, and worry, art is what keeps us going. It can be an enormous tool for good or simply a small glimmer of hope in an otherwise dark time. If any%: Level 2 is a testament to anything, it's our ability to keep getting back up and finding joy wherever we can. Our lust for life is what helps us fight for those around us and for causes that matter to us, which in turn enables us to create more and more art forevermore. Start that project that's been in the back of your mind. Pick up a skill you've been meaning to acquire. Try something new and allow yourself to fail. There is so much triumph to be found in our art, and so much art to be found in our triumph.

All proceeds from any%: Level 2 will be donated to CHADS, a nonprofit dedicated to awareness, prevention, and programs surrounding depression and suicide.
