City of London Sinfonia: CLoSer to Mahler Commission

A clip from London Stone, a 30 minute tale of uprising and liberty,  twisting words and music into tales of the Peasants’ Revolt, G20 protests and the myth of the London Stone.

Charismatic and captivating, RRR bridges folk storytelling and modern spoken-word, hailed ‘a glimpse of magic’ (Guardian) for her first Latitude appearance. Performances from the Barbican to Edinburgh and Nevada’s Burning Man have seen her named ‘a rising star of the festival circuit’ (Independent on Sunday). Led by ZooNation musical director DJ Walde, the acclaimed REC stretch the boundaries of improvisation, experimentation and collaboration.
