eons ago. I listened to this. It was a very fun song and I constantly have had it on my playlists. Seeing Pizza Tower now out and really hittin its stride, I came back to find this track just to say, thank you. This track actually introduced me to the game as a whole.

Pizza Tower

This is an Act 2 remix of Endless Mine from Sonic 3. Could you imagine if Sonic 3's competition stages were full-scale levels? This would probably be the result.

This mine is home to rubble, crystals and gemstones of plenty, but not consisting of the magical MacGuffins you seek. But danger is lurking around every turn. It's getting more and more difficult to navigate through the waterholes and dimly-lit tunnels. And those vertical-looping shafts last for so long, you'd think you were there for ages. Some might even say that this mine is...

Infinite. What? You actually thought I'd say "end--" You actually did.

Ahem. Moving on... Then, halfway through the mine, you'd get in another cart that begins to speed down the rails. The rails curve up at its end, and you shoot off into the air, revealing a massive opening in the cavern's roof, and the magnificent sunset beyond it. Your one peek at the outside world before you sink back down into the mines, and your only motivation to escape this boundless cavern — to see the sun once more. 

Now, with this goal in mind, you must keep on moving ahead to escape from the mine. With some luck, you'll make it through...

Made for "Toree Genesis", a game with a few cool maps to play on. Inspired out of Sonic's 31st Anniversary.

The guitar solos and slap bass bits were done by the new team member Jungle Josh, this track could not have been finished without him!
And as always this project is handled by Axanery and Cyber1204.

I wanted to celebrate by redoing this track after a long time showcasing how much I've improved since then. You can hear lots of bits that I built up from the original Remix. But I got stuck with some leads, and couldn't make any progress on it. So again thanks to Jungle Josh for being such an amazing dude for helping me on a whim, and making this track go even harder.

PANIC CITY ZONE, Act 1 - SONIC LEGENDS OST

"Afterglow" provides a serene and contemplative close to the album. This downtempo, ambient outro slowly fades out with infinite reverb and sustained pads, leaving the listener with a sense of peace and stillness after the emotional journey. A perfect wind-down to reflect on the experience.

There's a weird story behind this tune. I was walking back to work one evening, and I looked up towards the sky to check out the moon. It was barely visible behind the clouds, and being the total goof that I am, I suddenly said out loud "The moon is barely visible!" in the most melodic way ever. That little quip was so perfect, I recorded myself singing it so I wouldn't forget it. As soon as I got home that night, I turned that little riff into this song.

The more I listen to it, the more it sounds like the end credits theme to a spooky 90s cartoon. And amazingly, this tune uses only instruments from Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney!
