joining us for the first instalment is a veteran to the scene... @adamshelton_infinitespace 

adam over the past two decades has focused on life as a dj, building a name for himself in his home town of birmingham running his party below and co-owning the rainbow venues between 2005-15. he was a fundamental part of changing the landscape of digbeth and its party scene. whilst all this was going on adam went on to embark on an international dj career, playing on some of the most sought-after clubs and stages around the world from panorama bar in berlin to iicon at glastonbury festival and for ten years ran one records label with subb-an. a record collector since the mid-nineties and an event curator and programmer there are many strings to adam’s bow.  

in more recent years adam has honed his craft as a sonic explorer playing a more experimental sound under his a-future alias which focuses on intricate breaks and miami bass influenced electro, also sharing sound in the well-being world using music as a healing modality whilst playing sets to guide yoga and meditation classes.

Originally recorded as a Dog Eat Dog Guest mix on the now-discontinued radio Komponenti 2 years ago, it compresses a solid portion of enormously fat flavours.

Blunt friendly, transmitting on that authentic VG frequency and blasting through your speakers one kick and snare at a time.

Flow is the melting together of action and consciousness, the state of finding a balance. This melting allows the Principle of Rhythm to decode messages received From The Void Above. The following recording is an hour-long session from label co-founder Buraye, which, using his own productions exclusively, gives us a glimpse into his views of the void. Expect some of them later this year on the label.

“Fuera de caja” it’s a parallel project of Cymatix where the invited artists show their other side of the music outside the world of clubbing .

Samuel was influenced by music from an early age, learned to play guitar when he was 10 years old and began to explore the world of composition. As the years passed, he began to discover all kinds of music including electronic music.
Interested by its futuristic and visionary sounds he began producing electronic music at the age of 18.
In 2017 Samuel began playing recurrently his hometown Bogotá. 

He co-founded his own line of event called UnderPleasure.
In 2019 he co-founded his own independent label called From The Void Above whose aim is to promote different artists that resonates with his musical vision, FTVA is a vinyl only label based in Bogotá Colombia. His latest project is a BC exclusive label called Tastes Like Acid, where he focuses its vision to uncover hidden talents mainly from South America.
