In Glasgow, the summer typically lasts the best part of a week and if you're one of the many people unfortunate enough to have a day job, you’re going to see most of it through the office window. I used to work this really sh***y office job and whenever it became too much for me (Which was often the case) I used to look at photos of these perfect Miami beaches and attempt to project myself to that location. Almost like a mental vacation. These idyllic, pictures of purple skies that seemed to be drenched in an eternal amber twilight so thick it was palpable.

That's what I wanted to capture in this track. I wanted to take the listener on a brief mental vacation.

Used to listen to this all the time when I was in 4th grade, recently came across the acapella, decided to make it into a vibey electronic song that current me can get sad to for no reason. Corey Taylor/Slipknot gets all the credit though I couldn't have made this without their awesome music.

 I'm not so great at mixing/mastering so I may look into finding someone to beef it up properly!
