The release opens with Kori’s emotive rethink of ‘Ocha’, laden with rich atmospheres and beautiful subtleties eliciting a stirring cinematic piece. Energy and danceability defines the shocking remix of ‘Homie’ by the legendary Skope, peaking with an abundance of irresistible grooves and tier one synth design. The vastly underrated ‘Maynix’ expertly reconstructs ‘Ocha’ into an elegant mixture of IDM ideologies with garage dancefloor readiness, creating an imitable composition that will persist time. The EP closes with an incredibly seamless remix of ‘Homie’ by the 140 bpm mastermind FLO, achieving an unparalleled deep and reverberating track that sounds almost destined to accompany the original vocals. Presenting the last track from my release on @Outtallectuals; "Serotonin Sequence" is part of a 5-track conceptual EP, based around the Rites of Passage for young adults in a distant digital/tribal future.

Aesthetically, Poztman applies his phonomorphic sound design to a to create a unique blend of dnb, IDM, industrial juke and dark trance.

Taken from Poztman's latest project; "Rites Of Calling" which tells the story of a group of young adults in a very distant future, needing to accomplish five challenges as passage rites; not only to prove their worth in their community or to prove they are worthy to be considered as mature adults, but to find their calling in life. Sonically, the tracks merge folk & tribal elements with futuristic drum & bass, while each track explores different levels of intensity based on theme.

Alix and Dao managed to find some information about potential, new hunting ground.
Rey soon got caught by a scouting Steeling, as cunning isn’t her strongest Calling.
The Elder is pleased and the worries of the villagers lulled.
Dao looks forward to their next challenge, but the others would rather cower.
In the Rite of Survival, they will have to stay alive for one day and one night in the wild;
teeming with feral beast and worse, vicious Steelings.
The Elder - as guided by the Ring - sends them to the Mire, a haunted bog deep within the forest.The black water there is vilified by all tribes. For reasons unknown, it seems to nullify the enhancements granted by the Ring. Or worse: completely draining bodies.
The young ones barely escaped the Mire alive. If Dao hadn’t slayed the snake-like Steeling, inhabiting the noxious waters, they
wouldn’t have lived to tell the tale.
Severely drained, the young ones rest until they feel ready for the next challenge: The Rite of Passion. The premise is simple: they
are tasked to find an activity that elevates their spirit, which fills them with passion until they become one with the moment.
Until they can empty their minds & receive the mark of passion from the Ring.
The execution, however, is far from easy. Young minds are like a pool full of hungry fish: difficult to quench & still.
