One Step At A Time

The river symbolises the flow of life and history, for a short time we walk beside that river as we live our lives, before stepping back into its flow. This song was inspired by my father, who lived his life for his family, he never sought out fame and fortune, he was content to walk by that river, work hard and focus on giving us, with my mum, the best life he could. So, remember those who have come before, as you are never fully returned to the river until your name is mentioned no more.
