Listening to music can be compared to reading a book. The meaning drawn is different but the research is similar: Half-guided half-spooky fulfilment. Of course, understanding a narrative is easier with words than with notes, and yet imagination does not favour one sensory faculty more than another. It is the least hindered entity we know of. As a result, it all comes down to the amount of time spent on fine-tuning hearing and, by extension, mentality. When we say "everything", we are referring to our human essence. Like it or not, a person evolves according to what dominates his life. For example, if there is deep-house or techno, it develops a bodily and spiritual awareness of rhythm, an awareness which praises fiction and which doesn’t back down against violence or the unknown.
